We collect only the information needed to operate Handelverse, fulfil requests, and protect the site from abuse.

1. Information We Collect

When you order a sample pack, contact us, or join the newsletter, we may store your name, email address, request details, consent choices, and related order history. For paid orders, we also retain the payment provider, transaction reference, amount, currency, payment status, and payment time needed to verify and support the order. We process an IP address temporarily for security and rate limiting.

2. How We Use Information

We use this information to fulfil orders, issue private download links, send receipts, provide requested updates, answer messages, prevent fraud, and maintain the security of the service. Marketing email is optional and requires separate consent.

3. Cookies

Essential cookies may be used for secure administrator sessions. We do not use those cookies to sell personal information or build third-party advertising profiles.

4. Service Providers

We use infrastructure and email providers to host the site, store private files and order records, and deliver transactional messages. Paid checkout is handled by Paystack or, when a customer chooses a Ko-fi Shop listing, by Ko-fi and its connected payment provider. Those services receive and process payment information under their own privacy and security terms. Ko-fi may send Handelverse the customer name, email, product, amount, currency, timestamp, and transaction identifiers needed to record and support the order. Handelverse does not receive or store complete card or bank credentials. Providers process data only as needed to provide their services. The site may also link to third-party websites whose privacy practices are governed by their own policies.

5. Retention and Your Choices

Order records are retained so we can provide access to future pack revisions and document licence acceptance. You may unsubscribe from marketing at any time. To request access, correction, or deletion of eligible personal information, use the contact page.

6. Security

Private pack files require server-authorized access. Download links are signed, expire automatically, and are rate limited. No internet service can guarantee absolute security, but we apply access controls, encrypted transport, restricted administrator routes, and security monitoring appropriate to the information handled.
