This website contains material which is owned by or licensed to us. This material includes, but is not limited to, the design, layout, look, appearance and graphics. Reproduction is prohibited other than in accordance with the copyright notice, which forms part of these terms and conditions.

4. Sample Pack Licence

Unless a pack states otherwise, you may use downloaded Handelverse samples royalty-free in original musical compositions and commercial releases. You may edit and combine the sounds as part of those works. You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, share, or upload the isolated samples - or minimally modified versions - as another sample pack, sound library, preset library, or downloadable asset.

5. Orders and Updates

A free Handelverse order creates a fulfilment record but does not require payment information. Paid Handelverse checkout is processed by Paystack and fulfilled only after server-side verification. Some products may also be sold through Ko-fi Shop; Ko-fi processes those payments and delivers those files under its own checkout terms, while Handelverse may retain the verified order notification for support and record-keeping. Prices and available payment methods are shown before payment. Private Handelverse download links may expire and may be reissued at our discretion. Living packs may be revised, renamed, expanded, or replaced; availability of a particular version is not guaranteed indefinitely.

6. Payment Problems and Refunds

If payment succeeds but delivery is interrupted, contact support with the Handelverse order number, Paystack reference, or Ko-fi transaction ID so access can be investigated. Refund eligibility for digital products is assessed under applicable law, the payment provider’s applicable process, and the circumstances of the order, including whether the files were downloaded. A failed or abandoned payment does not create a right to download the product.

7. Misuse

Automated abuse, attempts to bypass download controls, credential attacks, redistribution of private links, and interference with site operation are prohibited. Access may be limited or revoked to protect the service and other users.
